Cross-platform mobile development frameworks

I've done some research scouting the terrain for cross-platform mobile development frameworks (to build native apps in iPhone, Android, Blackberry, etc without separate native code for each). This is what I've found so far:

PhoneGap

  • open source (MIT/Nitobi collaboration)
  • HTML, JS, CSS (?)
  • Community
  • were issues w/ PhoneGap approval by App Store, but seem to be resolved
  • requires separate platform SDKs

Rhodes/RhoMobile

  • C/C++
  • open source
Other Frameworks

Am I missing any? Could anyone recommend resources, comparisons, tips, etc on any of these?

(Update: I mistakenly wrote that Titanium was closed-source; it's not.)
